The door of the Door of Fortune is crafted from thousand-year-old root wood, making every necklace truly one of a kind. Hidden within its golden frame is a material shaped by centuries of nature.
The root wood comes from the ancient forests of the Hengduan Mountains in Lijiang, Yunnan, part of the Eastern Himalaya. This remarkable region is known for its rich biodiversity and landscapes that have remained largely untouched by modern industry.
Each piece carries its own natural grain and quiet history. No living trees are harmed. Only naturally fallen ancient roots are carefully gathered and transformed.
